Welcome to Menu Card Maker (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Menu Card Maker mobile application and website. By accessing or using our App or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Menu Card Maker App, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the App or website.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your compatible device solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

3. App Functionality

Menu Card Maker allows you to create custom menu cards using pre-made templates. All designs and content created with the App are stored locally on your device (in cache memory) and are not stored or accessed by us.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its underlying technology, templates, designs, documentation, and style elements are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App’s proprietary content without our express written consent.

5. Prohibited Uses

When using the App and website, you agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
Resell, distribute, or sublicense the App or templates
Use the App to infringe intellectual property rights

6. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Menu Card Maker and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, website, or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the App or website after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction (e.g., where the developer is located), without regard to conflict of law provisions.
